A highly successful training program for aspiring MSLs. This is a self-paced, e-learning, and experiential course with an in-depth overview of what you should know before pursuing that first MSL job. We use a hands-on, immersive approach that builds up your MSL skill set, enabling you to excel in your interviews and hit the ground running once hired.
Excel Into MSL Platinum
Similar to our legacy Excel Into MSL program, this is a highly customized solution for aspiring MSLs who would prefer to work 1:1 with a career coach. We only have a limited number of slots available and admittance is by application only. Please follow the link below to learn more.
Excel As An MSL
A robust e-learning and experiential program for newer MSLs (2 years or less in the role), more experienced MSLs looking to grow in their careers, or medical affairs organizations looking to build a robust field presence. We recognize that some companies may be limited in their ability to provide an effective onboarding and training program for new MSL hires. Also available in live, hands-on workshop formats, this course is designed to give MSLs the tools and resources needed to thrive in any organization.
MSL Placement Services
We can help screen, train and place high quality, diverse MSLs on your team. As a BIPOC-owned service, we are strong advocates of representation across MSL teams.
